Shipping policy

Standard order processing takes 1 - 3 calendar days, upon which time tracking information will be created and the package will be sent to the carrier. Once package has been received by the carrier, ToMaMe is NOT responsible for delivery delays/issues.

The processing time for bulk and custom orders varies per order. Estimates and updates will be provided throughout the entire process.
